Commissioned by ~SpadeHand for character art for the role play.

Don't have a whole lot to say about this. I sped through it out of guilt for putting it off for Visions of Sugar production, so... yeah.

Sorry, Greens! Next time I'm on AIM, I'll send the full rez.

Ace design and concept is © Ben Kriteman.
Art © Mie Shipe, for use in her galleries on deviantART, Sonic Stadium, SheezyArt, and all sub-domains of Spindash.net. Not to be copied, recolored, altered or redistributed in part or in whole without prior written consent.

I really, really am in such love for those wrist-cuffs of his, that's unique to his character and it's lovely to see little details like that.

You don't see very many Sonic-based cat characters that aren't Blaze or Big's design modified to heck and back. It's refreshing to see a kitty that looks and feels like an entirely different species of felidae to those already established two. I also like the whole feel and personality of the character, and that jacket is ! I guess I have a soft spot for characters with sheepskin cuffed and collared jackets x3

It's lovely to see entirely unique Sonic-based characters, and I still envy you greatly for your insane ability to shade in official Sonic art style. I can't do it to save my damned life XD!

What I think, I create.
What I create, I draw.
What I draw, I love.
What I love, is everything to me.

I prefer creativity, originality, dynamics and sassiness over cut and paste and paintfill and trace.

I learn from honest critique. Do you?

But since I can't figure out how to delete a post or figure out if there is indeed an option to do so in the first place, I'll just put out what I should've said in a subsequent panel.

There's nothing to be sorry for when the end result comes out like this, and I wasn't in a huge rush for it's completion in the first place. I paid you the commission for a reason, Mie. If there's anyone who can make a character I flush out look good, it's you. (The RP Discount sure didn't hurt none either though, but that's not the point.)

So thank you.

And all you other folks too. I won't go on about how I eventually came up with this design since this is Mie's page and is meant to display Mie's artwork, but thanks for the reassurance. Sometimes I fear for my characters originality with the consistency of the morning paper's arrival, so it's nice to hear opinions otherwise.

Again, thank you, you're welcome, and any other friendly pleasantries I may have forgotten.
