Last October I posted a journal here about how someone had taken an entire character of mine, art, concept, profile, the whole shebang, and made an account on F-List with it. I appealed to their staff to get it taken down, but only the image was removed. The profile, made predominantly with content I composed myself, remains up. I submitted another ticket about it, and received the following response:

We do not handle takedowns of profiles due to "character ownership." We will definitely remove art, which we have from this user's profile. But we cannot force a user to remove their profile due to someone claiming ownership of a character. We responded to your e-mail regarding this in October and our stance has not changed since then.

Nice. I don't know why I expected any better from a site like that.
